At AUREIX, we are committed to delivering premium quality streetwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery


Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size issue


Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for eligible products.

  • A nominal exchange handling fee of ₹100 will be applicable

  • Exchange is only allowed for size issues

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability

Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.


Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit (wallet balance) that can be used for future purchases at AUREIX.

  • A reverse shipping and handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted

  • Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after the product is received and inspected

  • No cash refunds will be provided


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance
