Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags and packaging must be intact

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged or defective product

Size issue
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange for eligible products.

A nominal exchange handling fee of ₹100 will be applicable

Exchange is only allowed for size issues

Only one exchange per order is permitted

All exchanges are subject to product availability
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit (wallet balance) that can be used for future purchases at AUREIX.

A reverse shipping and handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted

Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days after the product is received and inspected

No cash refunds will be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer

Products without original tags or packaging

Items purchased during sale or clearance
