At AUREIX, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, the estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 7–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics availability, or external factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹899

  • A nominal shipping fee will be applicable on orders below ₹899 (calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
Our courier partners will attempt delivery multiple times.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

the order may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

In such cases, re-shipping of the order will be chargeable.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
AUREIX will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational issues, or high demand during sale periods.

Payment Policy
AUREIX currently operates on a prepaid-only model.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
